Introduction:
The word Feoh or Fehu refers to cattle which were the measure of wealth
within a Norse community before the advent of a true monetary system.
Interpretation:
Upright.
Indicates that good fortune is attainable but don't be mislead, generally,
this will require application and effort on the part of the querant. It
is a reminder that all things move in cycles and you should not take coming
fortune for granted, use the good times to prepare for the harder times.
Overall it is a sign of fulfillment and can apply to relationships, friendships,
health and ambition, as well as financial matters. The important point
is that humility and generosity should be your watch word as you enjoy
the fruits of your labours.
Inverted.
Tells that the road currently traveled is heading towards hardship. A
change of direction may be required. Careful evaluation of the situation
is necessary, and the querant should be alert to hidden opportunities.
In emotional matters it may signal that a situation will take more time
to resolve or may be lost completely, it may to prudent to face up to
hard truths and move on.
