Part II

We were looking forward to our third meditation, and on a very grey and misty evening in July, we met near the top of Holly Hill, Birling, beside the Pilgrims Way. It's a marvellous viewpoint and from there you can gaze across fields that have previously received formations.

Because the "Circlemakers" communicate in shapes and symbolism, we decided to meditate whilst we ourselves formed a shape ... And so the 5 of us formed a five-pointed star as we lay upon the hillside!

By forming a star, we were trying to enhance the communication, for it's this shape that's known to generate powerful energy. The five-pointed star is associated with Egyptian Mother Goddess Isis, but is more commonly associated with life and is a symbol of the human microcosm. In ancient Egyptian glyphs it signifies "Rising upward towards the point of origin" - so by employing this vehicle we were certainly opening ourselves up to the cosmos!

It's important to stress here that we were not intentionally asking for a star-shape design, but on 29th July 2000, a formation arrived at Istead Rise, near Gravesend in the shape of a star ... we simply couldn't believe it! Kent has never been blessed with a star formation, so this had to be the most positive answer we'd yet received, so as you can imagine, it gave us an amazing high. (Photo - "The Star of Istead")

'The Star of Istead'

As many of the formations during season 2000 had arrived some distance away from Medway, we asked the "Circlemakers" during our meditation as a star, if they could make a formation closer to where we live ... (They obliged)

We asked for a formation that could be easily viewed and photographed, and for one that would be reasonably accessible to, in a friendly farmer's field ... (They placed it on the side of a hill next to a public footpath, in front of a road-side pull-in ... and yes, the farmer was cool!)

We also asked for a complex design that would be a match for anything that's likely to come down in Wiltshire, and they certainly came up with the goods - it even looked like a Wiltshire formation! We even asked for a beautiful flowing floorlay and we even got that too ... unbelievable!

The five of us had kept it very quiet that we were meditating for crop circles and this brilliant result kind of blew away the "They're all made by blokes with planks of wood " theory, for how could the hoaxers tap into our consciousness on these occasions?

"The Star of Istead" was a six-pointed star commonly known as the "The Star of David". It's formed by the intersection of two equilateral triangles that oppose each other. Symbolically it reflects a hermetic thought ... "As above - so below". So, with the five-pointed vehicle that we used to "Rise upward towards the point of origin", we received a spiritual message of "As on Earth, so in heaven".

A really interesting way of trying to confirm the realities of all this are found by employing a fascinating intuitive word process, that's commonly known as "Lexigramming". In her book "Star Signs" †, Linda Goodman deals with this use of words "That penetrate the meanings of ancient codes", at some length. Following on from that, crop circle researcher Carole Cochrane found herself employing lexigramming in order to reveal encoded information within the place names of where crop circles land, with some astonishing results.

Amazingly within the place name, Istead Rise Gravesend, I found lexigrammed ... "Isis star raises energies, as it gives rise to David's star and rings invested in the grain" ... (Wow!)

Confirmation that was to leave us with no doubt that we had tuned into them, arrived in ripened wheat at Broad Street, near Detling during August. (Photo - Broad Street - Flower of Life)

'Flower of Life'

Created geometrically by its surrounding rings, this was a beautiful six-petalled design that's a pure slice of sacred geometry, known as "The Flower of Life".

As you can see from the diagram (figure 7), this design geometrically reveals opposing triangles that symbolically form a "Star of David". Once again we sensed that the Circlemakers had acknowledged us.

It didn't seem to end there though, for a few days later, I picked up a current copy of "Kent Connections" ‡. (A directory of spiritual healing therapists and practitioners etc, plus diary dates for groups etc) Unexpectedly, I realised that the magazine's logo was amazingly an identical "Flower of Life " design, sitting next to the words "Kent Connections" - yet another connection, would you believe!

What is really interesting here though is that the design depicted on cover on "Kent Connections" is noticeably emphasised by very thick outlines. Curiously, and as if mimicking this, "The Circlemakers" also employed a thick outline. Within the wheat field this created wide pathways that enabled you to explore comfortably each and every part of the formation. The pathways were found to be relative in proportion to the KC "Flower of Life" design.

We'd all felt positive about our meditations and all of us had personally experiences we could relate to. For as far as I'm concerned, I shall always remember our second mediation, for whilst immersed in that I experienced visually what I could only describe as beautiful opalescent triangles, that dreamily floated into view. Without realising it at the time, here I was being shown the most prominent thematic feature of the year 2000 formations - triangles! Throughout the spring and the summer, they were everywhere. They quite often revealed themselves within underlying geometry, and of course triangles were featured within our stars.

We have much to thank "The Circlemakers" for, and encouraged by our results, we look forward to pursuing our meditations further, next season. As you can imagine by now, we shall certainly be awaiting the results with baited breath.
