Oh spirit friends come lift me up.
Let me drink from your loving cup.
Let me feel the joy of living.
The joys of loving, and of giving.
Help me to be free of spite,
and always walk the path of right.
Help me to always be merciful and kind.
no matter the stress and strain I find.
Help me to spread the ways of peace,
so war and strife will forever cease.
Help me to know just what to say,
to help another along their way.
Help me to always do the right thing,
without causing hurt or harm to another being.
And most of all, my spirit friends,
Help me to pass when this life ends.
and when my Father asks me what I did do.
I'll tell Him I couldn't have done it without you....
