Touching the spark that dwells within you

And you with comfort and peace enfold?

Take this Hand - for it will guide you

Along your spiritual path,

It will comfort and support you

In the face of envy, spite and wrath

So you may emerge from this dark night -

This dark-night of the soul -

And you at last will feel such freedom

As you realise you are whole

Give thanks for its every blessing,

Commune with it each day,

And, know that it is ever-present

To gently guide you along Life’s way
